Sony Music and Alamo Records founder Todd Moscowitz are launching a new artist- and label-services company to support entrepreneurs and assist artists in building their businesses. They’ve come up with a breezy name: Santa Anna.
Lee L’Heureux, most recently general manager of Geffen Records, will lead the New York-based company in the newly created role of president of Alamo Records. Reporting to Moscowitz, L’Heureux will work alongside Alamo COO Juliette Jones.
“I’m excited for Lee to join the team and leverage his experience to create new opportunities for Alamo as well as launch what will be an incredible journey for Santa Anna,” Moscowitz said.
Prior to helping relaunch Geffen, L’Heureux was SVP of Rhythm, Urban and Hip-Hop Promotion at Warner Records.
