Bad Bunny caps off a year he's already dominated with a record-breaking feat: generating the most money of any artist ever in a single calendar year: $435.3m.
Sold-out stadium shows 12/9-10 at Mexico City's Estadio Azteca, with upwards of 90k in attendance at each of the two nights, pushed Bunny's total ahead of the $432.4m earned by Ed Sheeran's Divide Tour in 2018.
Promoted by Live Nation and the Cardenas Marketing Network, B-Bun sold 2.4m tickets to 81 shows in 2022.
He kicked off the year with a sold-out arena trek in support of El Último Tour del Mundo, his third studio album, which dropped 11/27/2020. The incredible demand for tickets to his first outing since 2019 led UTA and the Rimas team to reserve stadiums for later in the year. Blockbuster Un Verano Sin Ti, released 5/6, then turned the Puerto Rican star into a supernova as the World's Hottest Tour claimed stadium dates across the globe.
