ROKU CHANNELS WMX

Warner Music Group's media and creative-content division, WMX, has inked a deal with Roku to launch three new FAST (free ad-supported streaming TV) channels through The Roku Channel, the platform's free streaming service.

The three new channels—WMX Pop, WMX Rock and WMX Hip Hop—will feature music videos and concerts from WMG's global catalog of artists and original programming from several of the company's media brands, including Songkick, Cover Nation and The Pit.

"We're extremely excited to partner with The Roku Channel to bring our robust music-video catalog and original programming to every screen," said WMX President, Media & Content Business Ben Blank. "The FAST channel space is expanding rapidly, and this move enables us to reach music fans everywhere they are. The Roku Channel has been an incredible partner, and as the market leader in FAST, their ecosystem provides the perfect environment to launch our channels.”

In addition to Roku devices, The Roku Channel is available on Web, iOS and Android devices, Amazon Fire TV and select Samsung TVs. For more information, click here.
