Pharrell Williams has revealed the guest speakers for his Mighty Dream Forum, scheduled for 11/1-3 in Norfolk, Va., his home state. Among the evolving roster of participants are Formula One star Lewis Hamilton, The SpringHill Co. CEO Maverick Carter, comedian-actor Hannibal Buress, astronaut Leland Melvin and Edelman CEO Lisa Osborne Ross.

Additionally, leaders from ICONIQ Capital, H&M Group, Goldman Sachs and dozens more will be on deck to discuss matters of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Thundercat, KAYTRANADA, Saba and Joe Kay will perform.

They know that this is not only an important conversation but just good business.
