EAGLES TOUR TO MAKE DARK DESERT HIGHWAY STOP

The Eagles will play the grand-opening concert at Palm Springs' Acrisure Arena 2/24 as the Hotel California Tour adds five dates beginning in February.

Produced by Live Nation, the brief extension will also see Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit and honorary Eagle Vince Gill land in Portland, Ore., San Jose, Phoenix and San Diego.

The Irving Azoff-managed group is once again playing their 26-times platinum juggernaut Hotel California in its entirety backed by a choir and orchestra. Several of their greatest hits are also on the menu.

Presales start 10/27; tickets go on sale to the general public 10/28.

To get to Acrisure Arena, take a dark desert highway, ideally with a cool wind in your hair, until you come to the blinking Nate 'N Al's sign. Then turn left.
