Many insiders are chirping about a recent meeting in Paris between global exec Efe Ogbeni and newly appointed Capitol EVP of A&R Gordan Dillard. Could the two biz players, who happened to be in the French capital during Fashion Week, be working on a partnership of some sort? Our spies in France say, peut-être.
