A PREVIEW OF RADIO CHART PREVIEWS

At Top 40, Republic has the new #1 on the chart this week as Post Malone’s “I Like You (A Happier Song)” f/Doja Cat (Mercury/RCA) notches up to the top spot. Joining the Top 10 will be Warner’s JOJI with “Glimpse of Us” (88rising) and RCA’s Marshmello x Khalid with “Numb” (Joytime Collective). Republic’s Stephen Sanchez makes some big moves in the Top 30 with “Until I Found You” (Mercury), as does Warner’s David Guetta & Bebe Rexha, with “I’m Good (Blue).” Debuting on the chart this week will be Columbia’s Lil Nas X with “STAR WALKIN’” and Capitol’s Lewis Capaldi with “Forget Me.”

Meanwhile, at Rhythm, Republic will have the #1 and 2 records in the country this coming week, with Nicki Minaj’s “Super Freaky Girl” sitting atop the chart and Drake’s “Jimmy Cooks” f/21 Savage (OVO) following behind. Epic’s DJ Khaled enters the Top 5 with “STAYING ALIVE” f/Drake & Lil Baby (We the Best/ Capitol). RCA’s Steve Lacy joins the Top 10 with “Bad Habit” (L-M), while labelmates Doja Cat and Tems see big increases in the Top 15 with “Vegas” (Kemosabe) and “Free Mind,” respectively. Def Jam’s YG also makes his way into the Top 15, with “Toxic.” Look for chart debuts from Republic’s NAV w/Don Toliver & Future on “One Time” (XO) and RCA’s Chris Brown with “Under the Influence.”

And at Modern Rock, Island/Republic’s The Killers hold strong at #1 with “boy.” Warner’s Red Hot Chili Peppers enter the Top 5 with “Tippa My Tongue,” while labelmates Gorillaz arrive in the Top 10 with “Cracker Island” f/Thundercat and Crush Music’s Weezer makes a strong 27-18 move with “Records.” Enjoying chart debuts this week are Capitol’s TALK with “Run Away to Mars” and Dirty Hit’s The 1975 with “I’m in Love With You.”
