NOISEMAKERS:
FALLING INTO ACTION

In our latest roundup, we present eight more stars of tomorrow from various parts of the biz whose dedication and effort make their superiors look good.

This week's entrants will also find their faces in our most recent mag. Lucky for them, this feature—and $27.89—will get them a nano-pure, restructured, hyper-oxygenated liter of water from participating Erewhon locations.

Jennifer Fierman
Head of A&R & West Coast, Disruptor Records & Management

Fierman arrived at Disruptor’s New York office in 2017, then built out its West Coast operation. Her latest career highlight is pairing musician-producer Evan Blair with Dove Cameron (whom Fierman helped ink), leading to Dove’s platinum “Boyfriend” and Best New Artist VMA. She’s also excited about securing Maude Latour’s sync in Netflix’s Do Revenge (9/16) and her producer-writer client Pink Slip, who executive-produced Amelia Moore’s Teaching a Robot How to Love. “I’ve been to A LOT of Phish shows,” she notes, where she always hoped not to run into us.

Charlie Stent
Founder/CEO, Stent Music Group

For Stent, nothing tops Patrick Martin’s playing a sold-out set at London’s Roundhouse and NERIAH’s headlining the Troubadour. This year, he was proud to see Martin ink with Glassnote, Aidan Bissett (co-managed with Hills Artists) hit the road with LAUV and secure an Adidas brand deal, NERIAH amass nearly 1m monthly Spotify listeners in five months and U.K. mixing engineer Charlie Holmes score a U.S. #1 Top 40 hit with Nicky Youre’s “Sunroof” f/dazy. Stent also has a new label JV in the works. Outside of music, he’s a true Love Island fan. Too bad he can’t vote us away.

Caroline Trujillo
Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Electric Feel Entertainment & Ventures

Trujillo co-starred in Labrinth’s first TikTok clip and was called a “G” by the artist in the Euphoria Season One vinyl liner notes. Focused on EF’s Entertainment & Ventures arm, she’s all about creating cohesion between the company’s clients and venture brands on the digital-marketing side. This year, she’s worked on album launches for iann dior and Vory and is currently helping with video strategy for producer Z3N and marketing for producer Roofeeo. This avid UNO deck collector once gave someone a nosebleed in the Turnstile mosh pit at Glastonbury.

Anna Antoniadis
Product Manager, Create Music Group

Antoniadis will never forget discussing the black V-neck worn in almost all of Shawn Mendes’ early videos with Mendes himself or the time she heard NERIAH’s debut EP, This Is How the World Made Me, premiere on Zane Lowe as a World First. Now, she’s focused on upcoming releases, including NERIAH’s sophomore EP (out 10/14) and Magic City Hippies’ remix EP, plus rounding out Watsky’s trilogy with a new album and working with ¿Téo? on new music. Antoniadis got her pilot’s license before her driver’s license. We’re a flight risk.

Michael Falligan Jr.

Global Communications, Music, TikTok
Professor, Music Business, Rowan University

When Falligan joined TikTok in 2020, his first project was onboarding no less than Paul McCartney. This year, he’s proud to have created two hip-hop-centered panels in celebration of Black Music Month for the platform. Currently, Falligan’s working closely with the SoundOn team to provide independent artists―which have included Muni Long, Russ, Nicky Youre and JAWAN.mp3―tools
to release and market their music. In his spare time, Falligan is all about cooking and food-blogging. We also blog, except no one’s interested in what we have to say (or cook).

Danielle Giles
Director of Commercial Strategy, Ingrooves Music Group

Giles sat front-row at Lizzo’s Because I Love You album-release party, did shots with RZA after the Wu-Tang’s 2021 Red Rocks show and helped launch a Rina Sawayama Artist Series on Peloton. Lately, the Seattle native has been working on campaigns for albums by Sawayama (due 9/16) and The 1975 (10/14) and supporting new material by Tacoma, Wash., mathcore legends Botch. Giles recently adopted the DIY ethos and built her first cabinet. Our DIY skills are dismal.

Zach Siegal-Eisman
VP, Marketing, Crowd Surf

When Siegal-Eisman was seven, John Fogerty’s “Centerfield” was his favorite song, so he’s understandably excited to have been working with the legend since 2021 to grow his digital presence. Currently, he’s promoting Journey’s new #1 album, Freedom, while spearheading new-release initiatives for Bush (The Art of Survival) and Dirty Heads (Midnight Control) and boosting social content by acts like Neil Diamond, Chuck Berry and James Brown. Siegal-Eisman’s a SoCal breakfast-burrito connoisseur with a rating system on Airtable. Don’t believe us? Peep his gram.

Katie Nowak
Head of Marketing/Brand Agent, TBA Agency

Nowak’s past clients include Tyler, the Creator, ILLENIUM, Flume and ODESZA. She’s excited to continue that streak at TBA, including efforts on behalf of client Courtney Barnett, whom Nowak recently worked with alongside Barnett’s team and AEG Presents to launch the Here & There Festival. From tour marketing to brand & culture partnerships and more, Nowak’s always on the move, which is something she may or may not have learned from her distant relative Joe Pesci.
