U.K. CHARTS: #1s FOR MUSE, ELIZA ROSE

Warner RecordsMuse has claimed its seventh U.K. #1 album with Will of the People. Over on singles, Eliza Rose tops the chart after a six-week climb.

Will of the People outsold the rest of the Top 10 combined, racking up 51.5k in sales this week. The set is the U.K.’s first #1 album to incorporate NFT technology.

DJ Khaled has a career-best today with GOD DID (We the Best/Epic), new at #4. Elsewhere, Kendrick Lamar’s Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers (Polydor) leaps 65 places to #7 following the release of the record on vinyl and CD.

On the heels of their headlining sets at the Reading and Leeds festival last week and the announcement of their seventh album, Arctic Monkeys are back in the Top 10 for the first time since 2014, with AM (Domino) rising to #8.

Yorkshire rock outfit Embrace are new at #9 with How To Be a Person Like Other People (Mo’betta).

On the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart, Eliza Rose is the first female DJ to hit #1 in more than 20 years with her Interplanetary Criminal collab, “B.O.T.A. (Baddest of Them All)” (Warner), which amassed 4.8m streams this week.

This week’s highest-charting new entry is Britney Spears & Elton John’s “Hold Me Closer” (Mercury), debuting at #3.

OneRepublic’s “I Ain’t Worried” (Interscope) moves further up the Top 5, to #4, while KSI and Tom Grennan rebound eight places to #6 with “Not Over Yet” (Atlantic).

David Guetta and Bebe Rexha claim the second-highest new entry, with “I’m Good (Blue)” (Warner Music U.K.) landing at #7.

Dance smashes “Ferrari” (Universal) by James Hype and Miggy Dela Rosa and “Big City Life” (Warner Music U.K.) by Luude & Mattafix rev up to new heights, rising to #8 and #10, respectively.
