TINK PIECE

EMPIRE artist Tink recently received gold plaques for two singles and, quite properly, joined a photo op for each one. In the pic above, she's flanked by EMPIRE VP of A&R Hitmaka (left), who served as the executive producer of her new album, Pillow Talk (which is #1 on Apple Music's R&B chart), and EMPIRE CEO Ghazi, who presented her with the plaque for the track "Cut It Out" on Power 105.1 New York's "Breakfast Club" program.

In her hometown of Chicago, meanwhile, Tink received a gold plaque for "Bottom Bitch." Interestingly, "Bottom Bitch" was on the short list of names for our website in the event that HitsDailyDouble wasn't available. Seen feeling very on top of things are (l-r) manager Mikkey Halstead, EMPIRE SVP of Marketing Peter Kadin, Tink, Hitmaka, EMPIRE VP of Radio Operations Leah Bekele and manager Ashlee Williams.
