BLACKPINK LIGHTS UP SPOTIFY AND YOUTUBE

YG/Interscope's BLACKPINK scored its first global #1 on Spotify Friday with "Pink Venom." The track, which samples Rihanna's "Pon de Replay," debuted with 8m streams for the biggest opening on the Spot this year by a female act.

Meanwhile, the video for the K-pop group's strongest bow yet racked up 86m plays on YouTube in its first 24 hours, reaching 100m views faster than any video by a female act (third-fastest ever).
