Messina Touring Group has promoted Haley McCollister to president of the company's Nashville operation. McCollister, who's been with MTG for more than 12 years, will continue to oversee operations and expansion and lead the next generation of MTG.
McCollister handles North American touring for Ed Sheeran, whose last North American stadium tour, in 2018, reported 1.14m in ticket sales. She has also been at the helm of North American touring for The Lumineers, who are currently on the road with their BRIGHTSIDE World Tour, which has reported 462,223 in ticket sales from 34 dates, with more than $26m in revenue thus far (19 shows remain). This tour will see The Lumineers' first headlining stadium shows, including a stop at Coors Field in Denver, for which they sold more than 40k tickets, and ending at Wrigley Field during Labor Day Weekend.
McCollister has likewise played an integral role in promoting Taylor Swift’s tours since joining the company in 2010.
Said MTG CEO Louis Messina, “I knew Haley was going to be a superstar from the day I hired her. I asked her what she wanted to be, and she said she wanted my job. 12 years later, she is knocking on that very door. We want MTG to have a big presence in Nashville, and I can’t think of anyone better to lead the way.”
