The Grammy Museum, the Recording Academy’s Black Music Collective and MusiCares are teaming up with the Universal Hip Hop Museum to host “Hip Hop & Mental Health: Facing the Stigma Together,” a panel curated in celebration of Black Music Month.
Taking place at the Grammy Museum on Saturday (6/25) at 3pm, the industry-forward discussion will dive into mental wellness in Hip Hop and beyond, as well as share info about current science-based treatment modalities, plus more.
Moderated by Nick Cannon, panelists include XYION’s Adrian Miller, The Miracles’ Claudette Robinson, Family Tree Services’ Michael “Blue” Williams and recording artist Dawn Richard.
Special remarks will also be made by Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr., Grammy Museum CPO Rita George and Universal Hip Hop Museum Executive Producer and Advisory Board Member Tina Marie Tyler.
Tickets for the in-person event, which will also be available via livestream, are available here.
