Beyoncé's lead single "Break My Soul" (Parkwood/Columbia) logged Top 5 openings on both Spotify and Apple Music's global and U.S. charts while maintaining #1 at iTunes.
On Spotify, the song bowed at #2 U.S. and #5 global, with 5m+ streams on the platform its opening day. Over at Apple, Bey occupies #3 on the global and U.S. charts.
"Break My Soul" generated around 5m streams domestically its first full day at DSPs. It's already Bey's best-performing solo debut at Spotify.
Expect more growth from the debut cut from Renaissance as it's positioned in the #1 spot on Today's Top Hits, is taking off at TikTok and will, almost certainly, get a worthy visual treatment. Meanwhile, the first crop of four different Renaissance box sets on Beyonce's web store have sold out. The queen is back.
