New arrivals fill the top nine slots at iTunes albums this Flipover Friday, while two new releases make their way into the Top 10s in sales and streaming.
Bad Bunny, whose Un Verano Sin Ti (Rimas) is #2 at iTunes, is starting to break through at Apple Music songs, where Future's had a weeklong hold on the Top 20. As of this morning, a dozen tracks from Un Verano Sin Ti are in the Top 40, led by “Moscow Mule” and “Despues de la Playa.”
Meanwhile, the two albums with a presence in both Top 10s are Jack Harlow’s Come Home the Kids Miss You (Generation Now/Atlantic), at #4 iTunes and #2 Apple Music, and Ella Mai’s Heart on My Sleeve (10 Summers/Interscope), #9 iTunes, #10 Apple Music.
Other new arrivals at iTunes are Halestorm’s fifth album, Back From the Dead (Atlantic) at #1, Arcade Fire’s WE (Columbia) at #3 and Three Days Grace’s Explosions (RCA) at #5. Midland’s The Last Resort: Greetings From (BMLG) checks in at #6, the Broadway cast album Six: Live on Opening Night (Loudmouth) hits the boards at #7 and Simple Plan’s self-released Harder Than It Looks appears at #8.
At iTunes songs, Lizzo’s “About Damn Time” (Atlantic) clocks in at #1, while Lady Gaga’s Top Gun: Maverick song, “Hold My Hand” (Interscope), is #3 following its release on Tuesday.
