Tim Glover has been promoted to Executive Vice President of A&R at Interscope Records. He has spent much of the last eight years working with Dreamville and LVRN artists.
“Tim’s dedication to the artists and partners he works with, consistency and discipline are perfectly matched with his intuitive knowledge of the current market and proven ability to recognize talent,” said Nicole Wyskoarko, Executive Vice President/Co-Head of A&R. “We are pleased to offer him this expanded role at the label.”
Glover joined Interscope in 2014 and since then has advanced the careers of Dreamville acts like J. Cole, J.I.D and Ari Lennox. He also works with label partners LVRN, whose artists include Summer Walker and 6LACK. In addition to handling A&R duties for Tierra Whack, Glover collaborates with more than 20 artists at the label.
He got his start as a field-marketing rep at Universal Music Group Distribution, eventually landing a lifestyle-marketing gig at Def Jam Recordings. There Glover created marketing campaigns for Pusha T, 2 Chainz and Big Sean, among others.
