iHeartMedia has named Jeremy Rice Program Director for Orlando's XL 106.7 and Magic 107.7.
Rice will report to Rick Everett, SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Orlando and Jacksonville, who said, “Jeremy has an extensive background and knowledge in the CHR and AC formats and is thus a perfect fit to lead our programming team in Orlando at XL 106.7 and Magic 107.7."
He joins iHeartMedia Orlando from Cox Media Group, where he spent more than 20 years, most recently serving as the Top 40 format leader for all CMG stations, as well as PD for WBLI Long Island. He replaces Brian Mack, who has been promoted to iHeartMedia’s national programming team.
“Jeremy has big shoes to fill," added Barbara Latham, president of iHeartMedia Central Florida. "But we're confident he has the experience and expertise to continue the success of our brands here. Welcome aboard, Jeremy.”
“I'm thrilled to join the iHeart team and be a part of that winning culture. XL 106.7 and Magic 107.7 are superbrands that exemplify the success of iHeartMedia Orlando,” said Rice.
