HILL CLIMBS AT °1824

Frank Hill has been promoted to Vice President of Content & Strategy at °1824, Universal Music Group’s youth-targeted video/social-media unit.

He will manage °1824’s content creation team, which focuses on music videos, lyric videos, original-content series and social-media assets, and continue to play a key role in overall strategy.

Hill is based in Los Angeles. He reports to Todd Goodwin, Senior Vice President and Head of °1824, which was launched in 2019 as an internal creative team.

“°1824 was founded to be both a creative resource for our artists and labels and an incubator for creative and executive talent,” Goodwin said. “I’m thrilled to expand our division with Frank leading our content strategy—he can transform big ideas into reality and is also an incredible mentor to our staff of emerging creatives. He has been instrumental in building what °1824 is today.”

Hill is a former artist manager. Before joining °1824, he worked on Bud Light ad campaigns and the production of the Honda Civic Tour, among many other endeavors.
