Joie Manda’s new label, Encore Recordings, is expanding with the hiring of Tra’Von Williams as Vice President and Head of Streaming.
Williams, who will report to Encore GM Ned Monahan, was most recently Director of Hip Hop and R&B Streaming at Epic Records, where he worked with 21 Savage, French Montana, BEAM and others. Prior to Epic, Williams was Director of Streaming for Atlanta-based Since the 80s.
Beverly Hills-headquartered Encore, which launched in November, is working on its first release, Mike Dimes’ In Dimes We Trust, advanced by the single “HOME."
