WARNER HAS THE PHEELZ

Warner has closed buzzing Nigerian producer/artist Pheelz, whose “Finesse” f/Buju is the #1 Shazam record worldwide and a giant on TikTok. It’s the first Warner signing for President, A&R, Steve-o Carless, who was very much empowered by CEO/Co-Chairman Aaron Bay-Schuck. Across the pond, Pheelz will be on Joe Kentish-led Warner U.K. “Finesse” is already dominating charts in Africa and the Caribbean. Will it have a similar impact in the U.S., U.K. and Europe?
