INFLUENCE MEDIA ACQUIRES LATIN HITMAKER TAINY'S CATALOG

Lylette Pizarro and Lynn Hazan's Influence Media Partners has acquired the catalog of Latin hitmaker Tainy. The deal includes his publishing rights and performance royalties from pre-2021 releases.

Longtime manager Lex Borerro repped Tainy alongside attorney Jason Boyarski of Boyarski Fritz LLP, who also advised his client to stay the hell away from HITS.

The eight-figure deal covers chart-topping songs "I Like It" (Cardi B f/Bad Bunny and J Balvin), "Dakiti" (Bad Bunny w/Jhay Cortez) and "telepatía" (Kali Uchis), to name a few. Tainy has co-written/co-produced tracks for Selena Gomez, Daddy Yankee, Rauw Alejandro, ROSALÍA, Ozuna, Shawn Mendes, Maroon 5 and many more.

He was the executive producer of Bad Bunny's breakthrough debut, X100PRE.

"Tainy has redefined the sound and the future of Latin music. We are honored to be part of the creative journey as he and Lex Borrero continue to push music and culture into a new stratosphere," said Influence Media partner and founding advisor Rene McLean.
