Troy Carter and Suzy Ryoo’s music and technology platform, Venice, is expanding with three additions to its global streaming team.
Beth Cherry is the new Head of Streaming, U.K., Isobel Kelly comes in as Head of Alt/Pop Streaming U.S. and Jamal Jimoh is the new Head of Hip Hop/R&B Streaming U.S.
“This team of leaders in streaming has spearheaded some of the most interesting and effective global campaigns in recent times,” Carter said.
Ryoo added, “These mission-driven, beloved-by-their-peers leaders are driving forward every day on progress, education and growth for our independent partners and community."
Cherry was previously at Parlophone, where she was the streaming lead. She worked on PinkPantheress' debut mixtape, to hell with it, and with Coldplay.
Kelly was previously at Premier Music Group and Downtown Records and, before that, at Barry Weiss’ RECORDS, where she ran digital marketing and streaming.
Jimoh’s 15 years of marketing and management experience includes stops at eOne, Premier Music Group, Rostrum Records and L.A. Reid’s Hitco.
