QC's SOLID FOUNDATION PARTNERS WITH SOUNDCLOUD
The management and creative-services arm of QC Media Holdings has invested in SoundCloud to form a joint venture that will discover talent and forge partnerships.
Kevin “Coach K” Lee and Pierre “P” Thomas’ Solid Foundation will work with SoundCloud to identify and foster the careers of artists featured on the A&R platform.
“Coach K and P are two of the most influential voices in music, having developed some of the most successful hip-hop acts of our time,” SoundCloud President Eliah Seton said. “We are excited to partner with them to amplify the voices of who’s next in music.”
Said Thomas, “I can’t think of a better merger of passion, intel and skill sets to create new paths for emerging artists.” Coach K added, “SoundCloud's data blended with our time-tested way of cultivating artists will create a force to be reckoned with.”
