ENCORE ENLISTS JACQUES

Former Polo Grounds Music player Bryant Jacques has joined Joie Manda's Encore Recordings as VP of A&R.

Jacques worked on the recorded-music side and in publishing at Polo Grounds, rising to Director of A&R, during his four-year tenure. He signed rappers Jay Gwaupo and King Staccz and singer Abra. He was also an integral part of A&R on all projects, including A$AP Ferg and Calboy, and signed production outfit Velocity Music, which has scored gold records with Chris Brown and Young MA, to Polo Grounds Music Publishing.

We contacted Manda for a statement, but it seems he only communicates via Michael Jordan-wearing-45 highlight reels now.
