NEW RELEASES: FANS DIAL UP DAWN FM

The Weeknd's Dawn FM (XO/Republic) dominated Spotify its opening weekend, racking up 60m streams in its first 24 hours—matching the first-day numbers of its predecessor, After Hours. The album has already surpassed 100m streams worldwide. 

Domestically, every track from Dawn FM debuted in the Top 20 on Spotify, with at least 1m streams each. With no physical product shipping this week, here's our opening-week projection for The Weeknd's fifth album:

Dawn FM (XO/Republic): 150-170k (11-14k albums)

Songs from Dawn currently make up four of the Top 5 and seven of the Top 15 at Spotify U.S., with two of the Top 10 on the global chart. Stay tuned for updates.
