U.K. CHARTS: ADELE, ED RETURN

Adele's “Easy on Me” becomes her longest-running #1 in the U.K. (Columbia) as it returns to the Official Singles Chart summit, while Ed Sheeran’s = (Atlantic) scores a third week at #1.

In addition to =, Sheeran’s Divide has re-entered the Top 10 at #8.

Little Mix leads the charge of four greatest-hits collections in the Top 10, riding high today with Between Us (RCA) at #4; Elton John’s Diamonds (Virgin EMI) is #7, The Weeknd’s Highlights (Island) re-enters the Top 10 at #9 and Fleetwood Mac’s 50 Years—Don’t Stop (Warner Records) is up five places to #10.

This week’s biggest climber is Taylor Swift’s folklore (EMI), which vaults 26 spots to #40.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart, “Easy on Me” is #1 for an eighth non-consecutive week.

In very close second place is Gayle with “abcdefu” (Atlantic), which climbs 12 places to reach a new peak of #2.

Sam Fender has landed his first Top 5 single, with “Seventeen Going Under” (Polydor) up 27 places to #3, while SwitchOTR and A1 x J1’s “Coming for You” (Sony) jumps 36 slots to #5.

“We Don’t Talk About Bruno,” one of three tracks from Disney’s Encanto in today’s Top 40, ascends 62 places to #4.

Sheeran f/Fireboy DML’s “Peru” rises 22 places to #6 and DJ Acraze scores his first Top 10, with “Do It to It” f/Cherish (Thrive Music) up 34 places to #9.
