Disney's Encanto soundtrack leads post-holiday action at #1 at Apple Music and iTunes, while its "We Don't Talk About Bruno" soared to the top of Spotify's U.S. song chart. The animated film hit Disney+ on Christmas Eve.
Other gainers during the break include Lil Durk's collaboration with Morgan Wallen, "Broadway Girls" (Alamo), which is currently Top 15 at both Apple and Spotify, and indie act Muni Long, whose "Hrs and Hrs" blew up on Apple Music (#2) after Christmas.
Strong holdovers during the holiday hiatus span SZA's "I Hate U" (TDE/RCA), #5 at Apple Music and #13 on the Spot; Imagine Dragons f/JID's "Enemy" (Interscope), which hit Spotify's Top 10 for the first time on Sunday; and The Walters' "I Love You So" (Warner), enjoying a new peak of #19 on Spotify.
