FANS LISTEN, ADELE WATCHES

The one and only Adele cavorts with fans at an exclusive, Spotify-presented L.A. listening event for her new Columbia set, 30. During the gathering at Soho Warehouse, attendees munched canapés and slurped fine wine before hearing the album in full. Adele then emerged to a rapturous ovation and revealed that she’d been watching the assembled faithful respond to her songs. Much weeping and laughter apparently ensued. The mood was only interrupted once, when it was feared a HITS reporter was scratching on the door, but security reacted quickly.
