Travis Scott will cover funeral costs for the eight people who died at the Astroworld Festival and, via his Cactus Jack Foundation, is offering free mental-health services to anyone affected by the tragedy.
"Travis remains in active conversations with the city of Houston, law enforcement and local first responders to respectfully and appropriately connect with the individuals and families of those involved," read a statement from a representative for the rapper. "These are the first of many steps Travis plans on taking as a part of his personal vow to assist those affected throughout their grieving and recovery process."
Scott is partnering with BetterHelp to offer free one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist for emotional support.
