It’s a number for all seasons. Summer Walker’s latest LVRN/Interscope release, Still Over It, is tracking to an impressive first-week opening and a #1 debut. With projected on-demand audio streams of 225-250m, we believe the album will land in the 185-210k range on Friday’s HITS Top 50. Walker's first #1 will be the biggest debut by a female R&B artist since Beyoncé’s Lemonade (653k) in 2016 and the strongest opening of Walker's career. In the runner-up spot this week will be ABBA’s Voyage (Capitol) with 75-85k.
At Apple Music, Walker owns nine of the Top 10 entries.
Summer Walker (LVRN/Interscope): 185-210k total activity, 9-12k albums
ABBA (Capitol): 75-85k, 70-80k
