The American Heart Association has added a new maternal health forum to its Support Network thanks to a donation from Nonstop Management founder and 2021 Go Red for Women Class of Real Women’s class lead Jaime Zeluck Hindlin.
After her pregnancy resulted in heart failure that was almost diagnosed too late, Hindlin was inspired to get involved with AHA.
“I did not have the resources when I went through my heart failure and if I did, it would have been a game changer for me. I just want to be able to do that for other women and continue to keep spreading awareness,” said Hindlin, who manages songwriters like JKash, Ryan OG and Michael Pollack, among others.
As part of the new Support Network Maternal Health Forum, expecting parents, new moms and their loved ones can ask questions, get support and share their journey. The forum is open to those with pregnancy-related conditions that can affect cardiovascular health.
