FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES AND APPLE MUSIC

The tribute to John Prine led by Brandi Carlile leads the smattering of new arrivals at iTunes this Flipover Friday.

Broken Hearts & Dirty Windows, Vol. 2 (Brandi Carlile Band/Elektra), which features performances by Carlile, Jason Isbell, John Paul White, Margo Price and others, is #3. Carlile’s latest, In These Silent Days, is tops at iTunes.

Trivium’s In the Court of the Dragon (Roadrunner) fires up #6, Cody Johnson’s Human The Double Album (CoJo Music/Warner Nashville) tunes up at #7 and Old Dominion’s Time, Tequila & Therapy (Sony Nashville) pours in at #9.

The lone title to make it onto the Top 10 at iTunes and Apple Music is Don Toliver’s Life of a Don (Cactus Jack/WeRunit/Atlantic), which is #4 on the streaming side and #8 in sales.

All the chitchat about Adele having a new record ready to go has pumped up her catalog. Her 25 (XL/Columbia) is #18 at iTunes and, quite appropriately, #25 at Apple Music; 21 comes in at #24 in sales.

“Boyz” from former Little Mix member Jesy Nelson f/Nicki Minaj is #2 at iTunes songs.

We now resume chewing our nails in anticipation of the Giants-Dodgers series.
