AUDACY'S "WE CAN SURVIVE" RETURNS TO THE BOWL
Audacy’s eighth annual We Can Survive concert is set to return to the Hollywood Bowl on 10/23, continuing the company's commitment to removing the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Mounted in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, it will feature performances by Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay, Doja Cat, Shawn Mendes, The Kid LAROI and more.
“We’re thrilled to once again unite with our listeners for a moving ‘We Can Survive’ show,” said Michael Martin, SVP, Programming & Music Initiatives, Audacy. “This year especially, we understand the importance of the struggles of mental health and we’re thankful to the artists who are participating in a one-of-a-kind evening.”
“Everyone has a role to play in the fight to stop suicide,” added Robert Gebbia, CEO, AFSP. “That's why we are excited to partner with Audacy to engage the music industry and their fans in our suicide-prevention work.”
Audacy’s Opening Act Radio competition will see a fan-voted winner perform in the opening slot. The winner will also receive radio airtime as well as $10k. Results will be announced on 9/17 here.
