Bonnaroo has announced that, due to extreme weather and flooding, 2021's festival will be canceled. The four-day event was set to kick off 9/2 with campgrounds opening 9/1.
The festival issued a statement on social media Tuesday: "We are absolutely heartbroken to announce that we must cancel Bonnaroo. While this weekend’s weather looks outstanding, currently Centeroo is waterlogged in many areas, the ground is incredibly saturated on our tollbooth paths and the campgrounds are flooded to the point that we are unable to drive in or park vehicles safely."
2021 headliners included Foo Fighters, Lizzo, Tame Impala, Tyler, The Creator, My Morning Jacket, Lil Baby, Phoebe Bridgers and more. Read Bonnaroo's full statement below.
