CHART PREVIEW: A SQUEAKER

A mere 2,000 units separate each of the Top 3 titles in today's early projections. Billie Eilish's Happier Than Ever (Darkroom/Interscope), the chart champ for the past two weeks, Doja Cat's Planet Her (Kemosabe/RCA), which has yet to reach #1, and Olivia Rodrigo's SOUR (Geffen), which has spent four non-consecutive weeks in the lead, are all locked in the battle for this week's #1 on the HITS Top 50.

The trio of titles is currently projecting in the 54-58k range. Eilish gets the indie advantage with weighted vinyl sales, while Doja will see strong album growth thanks to the availability of new, limited-edition covers and digital signatures. Rodrigo will easily collect the most streams, having settled into the 70-80m range for the last month.

With one more day of data still to process, all three have a solid shot. The final HITS Top 50 will post this afternoon (we hope). Stay tuned.
