UTA has helped close a deal for client Grimes to become a panelist on Fox’s new avatar singing competition, Alter Ego.
This arrives on the heels of several other big film and TV opportunities for the agency's music clients. One was the pact for Florence + The Machine to write and perform an original song for Disney’s Cruella; another is a Bad Bunny hat trick: the Latin superstar's recurring role on Netflix’s Narcos: Mexico, his co-starring with Brad Pitt in Sony’s Bullet Train and his appearance in Amazon Studios’ Cassandra, starring Gael García Bernal.
Stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, try to guess what our avatar is.
