OLIVIA HEADS FOR A MONSTER BOW

After an impressive, unprecedented weekend, Olivia Rodrigo's SOUR (Geffen) is now projected to collect the most on-demand audio streams for a debut album by a female artist in its first week. SOUR should finish with at least 225m streams.

Cardi B's Invasion of Privacy has held the record for three years with total first-week streams of 203m. While it's now common practice to run up the track count of an album to increase its streams, Rodrigo's album has achieved its milestone with just 11 tracks. Overall, we are now projecting the album at 230-255k in total activity, 65-75k in pure sales.
