Tempo Music Investments, the publishing-acquisition partnership between Providence Equity Partners and Warner Music Group, has acquired the rights to works by artists Wiz Khalifa and Florida Georgia Line and songwriters Brett James (Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney), Philip Lawrence (Bruno Mars) and Malay (Frank Ocean) as well as Christian singer-songwriter Mia Fieldes.

“Tempo has quickly become a leading investment platform with a diverse range of catalogs that allows artists the opportunity to continue to participate in the business of their catalog moving forward,” said Rob Walker, Tempo Senior Advisor. “We are musician-friendly and innovative in the way we approach the music. We are thrilled to be partnering with a myriad of talent and support their art.”
