Trading has begun for Endeavor’s IPO, opening at $24 per share. The New York Stock Exchange heralded the event by letting Ari Emanuel ring the opening bell.
The owner of WME, Ultimate Fighting Championship and Miss Universe offered 21.3m shares of Class A common stock. It expects to raise more than $500m.
The company was slated to go public last year but Emanuel made an 11th-hour call to put the brakes on the deal.
