At Top 40, Republic's The Weeknd officially takes the #1 spot this week with "Save Your Tears" (and looks to be settling into that spot for a nice, long ride). Def Jam’s Justin Bieber not only joins the Top 10 with “Peaches” f/Daniel Caesar & GIVĒON but looks Top 5-bound as the week's greatest gainer. Debuting on the chart this week will be Island’s Demi Lovato, courtesy of "Met Him Last Night" f/Ariana Grande (Republic), and Epic's REGARD, with "You" f/Troye Sivan & Tate McRae.
Meanwhile, at Rhythm, Lil Tjay’s “Calling My Phone” f/6LACK (Columbia) and the aforementioned “Peaches” see solid increases in the Top 10 as Capitol’s Mooski joins the Top 15 with “Track Star.” Climbing in the Top 20 is Epic’s GIVĒON with “Heartbreak Anniversary” (Not So Fast) and RCA’s Doja Cat with “Kiss Me More” f/SZA (Kemosabe). Look for chart debuts this week from Geffen’s Rod Wave, with “Tombstone,” and Capitol’s Internet Money, with “JETSKI” f/Lil Tecca & Lil Mosey.
And at Modern Rock, there’s a tight battle for #1 this week between Interscope’s Imagine Dragons, with “Follow You,” and twenty one pilots' “Shy Away.” The rest of the Top 10 is unchanged. Making their chart debuts this week are 10k Projects/Capitol’s Peach Tree Rascals with “Change My Mind,” Virgin/Photo Finish’s The Maine with “Sticky” and The Black Keys’ “Crawling Kingsnake.”
