The evening used music to celebrate the earth and inspire people to preserve the planet. Hosted by travel expert Jessica Nabongo, the virtual concert featured musical performances by artists from natural places important to them.

Willie Nelson was in L.A., Yo-Yo Ma played a waltz at Tanglewood and My Morning Jacket delivered the world premiere of the music video for “Feel You” during the televised celebration. Angélique Kidjo sang in Paris, José González was at a nature preserve and Maggie Rogers performed in Southern California’s back-to-nature mecca, Topanga Canyon.
