UMLE'S KAROL G MAKES HISTORY

UMLE superstar KAROL G had a historic opening weekend on Spotify with the arrival of KG0516. The Colombian artist's third LP landed at #1 on the platform's top debuts, on Friday earning the biggest bow (9m+ streams) ever on the streamery for a Spanish-language album by a female performer.

Four tracks from KG0516 are currently in Spotify's Top 200, including previous hits "TUSA" f/Nicki Minaj, "BICHOTA" and "LOCATION" f/Anuel AA & J Balvin. New single "EL MAKINON" leads at Apple Music (#4, Latin) and is in the #1 position on Spotify's Viva Latino playlist, where KAROL G is featured on the cover.
