NEW RELEASES: A SCARY START

In another big win for Monte Lipman’s Republic, the three songs on Drake’s Scary Hours 2 EP (OVO/Republic) could combine to hit 1 million or more in song equivalents their opening week. We're projecting a total of 140-170m streams.

There's likely to be some separation among the tracks as the week progresses, but each title generated close to a third of the first-day total.

"Wants and Needs" f/Lil Baby was #1 at Apple Music Saturday, lead track "What's Next" was #2 and "Lemon Pepper Freestyle" f/Rick Ross was #3.
