Former Madison Square Garden human resources executive Ann Jackson has joined Oak View Group as its Chief People and Culture Officer. Based in Los Angeles, Jackson will report to Tim Leiweke, CEO of Oak View Group.
Jackson will be responsible for all aspects of human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, compensation & benefits and DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion) as well as leading human resources functions globally. She will work closely with OVG leaders to build a culture that attracts, retains and develops a diverse team.
“Ann is a highly respected industry leader with a wealth of experience and knowledge,” said Leiweke. “We are very pleased to have someone of her caliber to lead our global human resources team as we continue to build a first-rate company culture marked by top talent, diversity and inclusivity.”
Jackson was VP of Human Resources at Charter Communications, beginning in 2017. At MSG, where she spent 16 years in senior HR roles, she supported the company at such concert venues as the Beacon Theatre and The Forum.
