The Hold Steady’s eighth album, Open Door Policy (Positive Jams/Thirty Tigers) walks in at #6, the second album from Tash Sultana, Terra Firma (Lonely Land/Mom+Pop), is #7, Icon for Hire’s self-released Amorphous takes shape at #8 and David Gray sails into #9 with Skellig (Laugh a Minute/AWAL).
Deluxe editions are having an impact beyond the iTunes album list; HAIM’s collab with Taylor Swift, “Gasoline,” from the expanded edition of Women in Music Pt.
