As part of its yearlong celebration P25, 25 years of Nintendo's Pokemon, it was announced on Thursday that Republic superstar Post Malone will headline Pokemon Day, a virtual concert experience.
The show will stream live on YouTube, Twitch and Pokemon.com/25 on 2/27 at 4pm PT.
Last year, Malone welcomed the world to quarantine life with an at-home concert of Nirvana covers. Expect this show to play out on a much grander scale; the last time two platforms as big as Malone and Nintendo collaborated was on Travis Scott's massive 2020 Fortnite experience.
An ambassador to Bud Light and Crocs, it's only natural that Posty would make friends with Pikachu.
