A TRIO OF PROMOTIONS AT SONGTRUST

Songtrust has announced a trio of promotions: Lisa Robinson is named VP of Income Tracking, Anna Bond will become Head of Creative & Partnerships and Rob Wetstone is upped to Global Head of Client Relations.

“The appointments of Lisa, Anna and Rob are reflective of Songtrust's ongoing expansion as we work daily to ensure that songwriters around the world are able to collect their music-publishing royalties from as many pay sources as possible,” said Molly Neuman, President of Songtrust.

Robinson will continue to oversee the team tasked with ensuring every Songtrust client is properly compensated for their music's usage around the world. Under the 20-year veteran's guidance, the team submitted more than 15,000 income-tracking claims in 2020.

Having previously led the biz dev team as Senior Director, Bond will now oversee the company’s creative strategy, branding, messaging and client-focused business partnerships as Head of Creative and Partnerships.

In Wetstone’s newly expanded role as Global Head of Client Relations, he will direct the company’s global strategy for onboarding songwriters, affording them the ability to register their musical works with pay sources around the world. Prior to Songtrust, Wetstone was Vice President of Digital Strategy and Operations at Sony’s RED Distribution (now The Orchard).

The promotions arrive as streaming and royalties in the biz are generating unprecedented revenues. Songtrust clients are able to retain full ownership of their catalogs while accessing the company's global royalty-collection network of more than 60 pay sources covering earnings in 215 countries.
