Riverside County Health Officer Dr. Cameron Kaiser has officially canceled Goldenvoice's April 2021 dates for Indio festivals Coachella and Stagecoach.
This marks the third time Coachella has been forced to reschedule since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020. Kaiser made the announcement via Twitter late Friday afternoon, 1/29.
As we chronicled throughout the week, major festivals worldwide are having to cancel or postpone their 2021 dates as the pandemic continues to upend all large gatherings. Read the press release from Riverside County here.
