FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES AND APPLE MUSIC

The first full-length effort from trap/reggaeton stars Anuel AA & Ozuna, Los Dioses (Real Hasta La Muerte/Aura/Sony Latin), greets this Flipover Friday with a #2 opening at iTunes and the #9 slot at Apple Music.

In a particularly strong day for new arrivals from indie companies, Pressure (A Cal) from country rapper Adam Calhoun has the top slot at iTunes, with the fifth album from Norwegian folk troupe Wardruna, Kvitraavn (By Norse), at #4.

The solo debut from Lumineers co-founder Jeremiah Fraites, Piano Piano (Dualtone), is #6, one slot head of Bluey the Album (Ludo) from the animated Australian kids’ show. Lil SkiesUnbothered (All We Got/Atlantic) is #8 on both charts.

The self-released fifth album from a collective of musicians from classic rock bands, The Dead DaisiesHoly Ground, is #9; Cochren & Co. closes out the Top 10 with Don’t Lose Hope (Gotee).

The performances from the Biden inauguration continue to rule iTunes songs, with Ant Clemons & Justin Timberlake’s “Better Days” at #1. State of Mine & No Resolve pull into #3 with “The Thunder Rolls” (Noise Machine).
