NASTASKIN PARTNERS WITH PRIMARY WAVE

Natalia Nastaskin is joining the executive team at Primary Wave Music as Partner and Chief Content Officer. She will spearhead the development of content for Primary Wave’s roster of management acts and publishing artists.

Nastaskin’s focus will be creating content in theater, television, film, podcasting and the online arena. She will also oversee and expand on Primary Wave’s talent-management roster, which includes Melissa Etheridge, Cypress Hill, Fantasia, CeeLo Green and Brandy.

“Natalia is a proven music-industry trailblazer, dealmaker and creative force who will be an amazing new leader within our existing team,” Primary Wave Founder and CEO Larry Mestel said. “I cannot wait for her to start digging into our extensive library of catalogs and management roster to enhance the value of our partner artists' music.”

Nastaskin had been General Manager of UTA’s Global Music Group since 2015. An entertainment lawyer who launched and grew her own firm into a multimillion-dollar enterprise, she joined The Agency Group as U.S. CEO and General Counsel in 2013. She has struck a joint venture with Primary Wave.
